Detailed Product Description
DGCY sieries mono-block rinsing, filling capping machine is used for bottling carbonated soft drinks into glass bottles and seal it with metal crown caps. Glass bottles are lifted up to against the filling valves by pneumatica cylinders, centering bells are used to guarantee the right position of bottle mouth. Ring bowls can be lifted by motor to handle different height of bottles. Many sensors and detectors are used to achieve no bottle-no filling and no bottle-no capping functions. PLC and touch screen are used as controller and man-machine interface. Frequency converter is used to adjust the speed continuously. We have different models to provide the capacity from 5000 BPH - 18,000 BPH (500 ml)
