Detailed Product Description
DGCF Sieries mono-block rinser/filler/capper is designed for bottling carbonated soft drinks in PET bottles. Empty bottles are rinsed first. Counter-pressure filling technology is used for filling sparkling drinks. Bottles are handled by neck griping, and magnetic constant torque technology is used for screw capping. Electrical level detector is used for the level control in the filling ring bowl. Frequency inverter is used to adjust the speed continuously, PLC and touch screen are used for controlling. All electronic and pneumatic components are from the band names. The capacity is from 5000 BPH to 18, 000 BPH (refered to 500 ml bottles).
